RideWith24 does not include a tip when billing for a trip fare. RideWith24™ is a cashless experience. Tipping is voluntary. Tips are not included in the fare, nor are they expected or required. As a rider, you are not obligated to offer your driver a gratuity in cash. If you decide you would like to tip, your driver is welcome to accept.
RideWith24™ is a service that connects riders with on-demand rides without the use of a smartphone or app. In cities where RideWith24™ is available, you can make a simple phone call to request a ride. If you are a new rider with us, we will require a credit card that is saved in a secure database. After you provide your payment information, all you would need to do is tell us where you need to be picked up and where you need to go. It’s that easy! We will have a ride out to you in less than 10-15 minutes.
Yes! In cities where RideWith24™ operates, riders can request a ride anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In order to request a ride, you would need to make one simple phone call to RideWith24™ and our RideWith24™ live concierge will be able assist you with booking your ride. Once you give your address of pick up and destination, your Concierge will tell you the ETA of the ride and give you information on your driver (name, car, license plate).
